Gym sessions are claimable on private health insurance with physiotherapy extras. Our sessions are safe, tailored, and effective – the way exercise should be. Our Physio Gym is very well-equipped and includes a state-of-the-art Gym Training Station, Pilates Clinical Reformer, Total Gym (yes, the Chuck Norris kind!), electric treadmill, Full Body Vibration Platform, minitramp, resistance bands, free weights, exercise balls, foam rollers, ab-roller, as well as various other fitness equipment.
We strongly believe in quality over quantity, so our sessions are 1:1 to provide you with the full attention of your physiotherapist and the ultimate guidance and safety. Private sessions can be booked at a time convenient to you.
Because we understand that exercise can be more fun with a friend, we occasionally allow for small classes of 2-3 people if appropriate once you have a good individual understanding of the exercises. As our classes are Physiotherapist-run they can also be claimed on private health insurance with physiotherapy extras.

Equipment-based Pilates exercises with a focus on improving the function of the core muscles. Excellent for postural problems, back & neck pain, pre & post-natal, muscle toning, and flexibility. The most effective and safest way to do Pilates.
Great for people of all ages who would like to improve their strength and fitness and maximise their body’s function at work and play. Let us find your weaknesses and have a word with them.
It could have been Pilatym but that was probably already on the PBS… Gymlates is our exciting and versatile combination of Gym Training and Clinical Pilates. Who says you can’t have it all?! Let’s mix it up! Go on… you know you want to….
Designed especially for people with chronic health conditions such as osteoporosis, arthritis, and neurological conditions, and for those that have decreased mobility or a history of falls. This session is a fantastic way to help build bone and muscle mass, improve balance, and reverse the effects of de-conditioning – or at the very least slow them down.

This is a fun session designed especially for young children and adolescents that incorporates elements of postural retraining, core stability, balance work, and strength training. This session aims to improve body awareness and confidence and helps in preventing injuries and improving motor skills… all whilst having fun!
